When it comes to shopping, I am both particular and incredibly indecisive. This can make gift shopping painful, especially when there is a deadline! For the past several months, I committed to not overthink my purchases. I can’t afford to spend days and days looking for the absolute ‘best’ option. When it came to Easter gifts, I decided for the sake of simplicity to have one basket for both kids and then one for Stephen. I did a little looking around but kept it to a minimum and then pulled the trigger.
I hope these ideas give you some inspiration (and simple solutions) for your Easter festivities!
Easter Gifts
My thought for the kids was to get them a couple of things they needed, something educational, and something fun. I purchased each of them a few Spring wardrobe pieces that I knew they were missing, a book, and a toy perfectly on theme for Easter. I am including some jelly beans and chocolates for Monica as well!
- Mini Boden top in blue and white stripes for Monica
- Mini Boden top in pink and green stripes for Monica
- Mini boden light blue t-shirt for Henry
- Gap kids green t-shirt for Henry
- Fr Brown stories for kids
- Easter morning magnets
I’m a little behind on Stephen but so far I purchased him this book from Cor Jesu press, and chocolates. I will probably also include a Home Depot gift card, a bottle of his favorite whiskey (Basil Hayden), and the Pascha cigar from Regina cigar company.
Happy shopping!
